So far we've decided that there are going to be 5 council member slots. We aren't going to pick more members until our organization has grown and we've gotten more clans and members. If you want to become a member of the council, you are going to have to move up through the ranks of DoR and show that you have responsibility. We want active people who are willing to put time into this. It WILL be a while before we get any more people on the council. We need to make sure that we can trust them and they are in this through thick and thin.
