We should have a night where a groups of two people go out and recruit like crazy

There should be a recruiting challenge night where you see who can get the most recruits in a certain time frame and they get a prize

Alright how about rank advancements unless you are like a luitenent or a sgt because those are leadership ranks hmmm maybe welch will buy the winner some microsoft points
